Chez Marguerite is above all a friendly, traditional, family and authentic restaurant giving pride of place to (matured) meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Chef<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

His story is that of a passion born from baking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His journey has been guided by great encounters, particularly that of Mr Pierre Aug\u00e9 (Au Pauvre Jacques), a lot of work and an irrepressible desire to please.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 15 years at the head of the restaurant \u201cLe Terminus\u201d in Cruzy, Ga\u00eblle & Sebastien fell in love at first sight with a winegrower’s building tucked away in Capestang. Then began months of work for this new challenge\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
