Le Chef
His story is that of a passion born from baking.
His journey has been guided by great encounters, particularly that of Mr Pierre Augé (Au Pauvre Jacques), a lot of work and an irrepressible desire to please.
After 15 years at the head of the restaurant “Le Terminus” in Cruzy, Gaëlle & Sebastien fell in love at first sight with a winegrower’s building tucked away in Capestang. Then began months of work for this new challenge…

Delicatessen and Wine Cellar
At Chez Marguerite we are convinced that a good meal must be accompanied by a good wine.
We therefore decided to add a new string to our bow by integrating a wine cellar.
Passionate about this area, it is quite natural that we will give pride of place to our region but also to others elsewhere…
The Chez Marguerite delicatessen offers a range of carefully selected products.
We are very proud of the products we offer and take particular care in the choice of each supplier. All little gems that we’d like you to discover!
Opening times
In May and June open Tuesday to Saturday lunchtimes and Thursday to Saturday evenings.
July & August open Thursday to Saturday lunchtimes and Tuesday to Saturday evenings.
Service from 12h00 to 15h00. (Last orders 13h15).
Service from 19h30 to 23h00. (Last orders 21h00).
